With this technology, all organic waste is being homogenized under high pressure and sudden temperature. All the toxins, microorganisms and smell bacteria are being neutralized due to this sudden temperature, starch is being gelatinized, fat cell walls are being fragmentized revealing fat thus increasing the calorific value of the end product. Plant cells (products with fiber) become easier to digest after being smashed and broken up, all producing the desired product at the end.

The capacity of this system varies between 1 ton/day to 75 ton/day in a single line operation.

The resultant product has the following characteristics:

• The fertilizer produced does not have any weed problem, typically associated with cow and chicken compost fertilizers
• It is dry
• It does not emit smell bacteria
• It is very easy to apply; does not smudge.

The only emission is the water vapour. Therefore it only releases emissions to the environment if there is anything other than water in the vapour. As there is no combustion, it is only as dangerous as normal evaporation.
